So Long For Now, Auntie Carol

Dear Sophie,
What a sad week this has been for our whole family as we said farewell to our dear Carol. Now she's at rest so it's lovely for her, but it sure hurts to have to say goodbye. I know you didn't understand what was happening, but someday you will.
I can't tell you what a comfort it was to have you with me as we ministered to my brother. It meant the world and everything to me. I think you helped him a lot too. It was so sweet of you to sleep outside his bedroom door, just like last time, and to glue yourself to his side so many times during the days when you sensed he needed a loving touch. And don't think it's over by a long shot; we'll be going back up to Vegas often to be with him and support him.
You know how much I appreciate you all the time, Sophie, but you deserve a special thanks for this past week.
