Three Years Old

Dear Sophie,
It's so hard to imagine you could be this old already; although, looking back, it's just staggering to ponder how far you've come in such a short time. Last year on your birthday, we made a wish together, that you'd pass your certification test before your third birthday. Funny, it seemed so far away then. You've far surpassed any hopes I could've imagined for you.
You really seemed to love your new ball on a strap you got for your birthday; you snuggle up with it in your chair just like it's a real treasure. And although you didn't get any of your birthday cake, you did enjoy a stick of string cheese that you didn't have to do anything for! Can't get much better than that.
